MY JOURNEY INTO CONSTELLATION WORK

          FAMILY CONSTELLATION AND MY JOURNEY

 FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS to me is Layers and Layers of EMBEDED ENERGY ! The family that passes on a culture and ancestral heritage to their children also passes on the achievements and yet the lacunae of the generations. Is not very often that we hear marriages failing one after other in a family or repeated patterns of misery and tragedy plague one generation after other.

The science tries to explain the physiological ailments by genetics and environmental factors but what happens when we discover that a relationship was failing due to some unfinished business by the previous generations and that the children in a family were continuously unsuccessful due to the loyalty of not exceeding the parent. Strange can be the causes of uncertain patterns in life.

I  have been profoundly  affected and intrigued by this work of CONSTELLATIONS  which is actually a metaphor for a system that we belonged to . I thought karma was everything and focussed on bettering my sense of action. To a great extent my struggle was alone and i was maturing myself to call it evolution. Everyday i put in self work to deal with my externally fulfilling and internally distressing state .This tug of war  soon broke me in two complete wholes – BODY & MIND

The  connect  between the two was lost and my mind grew leaps and bounds in accumulating wisdom and body in accumulating weight .

Some critical emergencies drew my attention to this and i took the query to a constellation workshop which marked my journey  with disbelieve and no trust in whatever happened there . But the repression had been stirred and it kept coming back to me at odd hours and at every troubled moment ,Flash backs of constellation workshop became my subtler guiding forces . And the journey continued from there to becoming a facilitator where i learn and unleran in an amazing manner . Truely believe that this was meant to be _____________________________________________
